No. Your card is kept at the desk under your name and mobile number. It starts automatically on your first visit, so there's nothing to fill in and no card to lose.
All of them: nails, facials, massage and hair spa. You get one stamp per appointment.
Just let us know when you book or arrive. We'll take £5 or £10 off a future treatment once you've reached five or ten stamps.

Once you've used your £10 reward, your card starts again from the beginning, so you can keep saving.
